2. Magazine
I chose to name my magazine Tune Tripper. I did this because i think it relates to the genre of
my magazine. (Hip-Hop & R&B) When someone refers to something as a `Tune' it normally
means they really like it. This is also related to the `tripper' part as it shows my magazine is
just throwing out new hits.
My magazine will mostly contain music. However i will include some other things that relate
to my audience such as sport and clothing. This also will slightly increase the size of my target
audience.
The demographic for my magazine is female and male, with ages ranging from 16-24
From the research I carried out I've managed to figure out the average price people would be
willing to pay on a magazine which is roughly £1-£2. Therefore I decided to make my
magazine £1.50.
6. Information on my questionnaire
My questionnaire was completed by 54 people, with a mix
of male and females and ages. This adds to validity of the
results.
To get a wider audience I published my questionnaire on
facebook as I know I have a wide range of ages on there.
For some of my results I made a bar graph and pie chart.

8. Money & Genre
From my questionnaire I found that most people were willing to
spend roughly £1 to £2 on a magazine. From these results I decided
to make my magazine £1.50
From my results I uncovered that most peoples favorite genre of
music is rock, however I chose to do an R&B magazine as my
knowledge on Rock is fairly low.
9. Consumerism
From my results I found that barely anyone bought music
magazines. This compelled me to add extras to my
magazine that they said they would be interested
in, Hopefully compelling them to invest in my magazines.
10. Image
85.2% of people said they would be more likely to pick up
and buy a magazine if its image appealed to them. Using
this information I took a great deal of time constructing
the cover of my magazine to hopefully appeal to my
audience.
