The rules of combination outline the units that you must have completed to demonstrate your competency before
you can gain Specialist Units.You must have a valid License to Practice to undertake these units (as per the rules of
combination). For example, to achieve SU1, you must also have BU2, BU6 and AU5 (in additionto the License to
Practice Unit).

 Excel sheet is attached for manual entry
 Planned Vs actual training report will be shared every month
 Manhours and Mandays will be uploaded in the system for tracking

Monthly planner will be circulated on or before 15th of every month.
Operation should submit the training request on or before 22nd of every
month.
Training team will confirm the request during last week of every month.

Annual leave for trainer - 30 days 30x24= 720 hours
Ramadan Month - 30 days 30x24= 720 hours
Actual working days available - 193 days 193x10= 1930 hours
Training is conducted 03 days a week (company policy)
Documentation work 02 day in a week. (52X2=104 days ) 1040 hours
Actual days available for training- 89 days 890 hours

• Buffer force will help to release the workers for training
• Pre/post assessment should be followed
• Training documents should be available at site
• Trainees should be paid if they attend the training on their
week off
• Every supervisor must undergo for refresher training
• Out station training will help us to make sudden deployment
on arrival
