We assume that on an average 20kg aloo and 30kg flour deliver
about 1000pics. Our daily production capacity is 1000 pics of 20
gm.
Total working days in a year are 360 days Assuming that we run
the plant to full rated capacity, working 360 days in a year we
need about 1000 pics per day * 360 days. This will deliver about
365000 pics of Dry aloo parata in a year
