This document describes common file formats and their extensions, including .csv for comma separated values files, .txt for plain text files, .rtf for rich text format, .gif and .jpg for image files, .png for lossless image compression, .pdf for portable document format, .mp4 for multimedia containers, .mp3 for compressed audio, .css for cascading style sheets, .html for hypertext markup language, .rar for compressed archives, and .zip for compressed files. Resizing and resampling as well as keyboard shortcuts and exporting are also briefly covered.
