The presentation deals with areas of consultation in the faculty of humanities. Presentation simply narrates what is consultation? Who should do the consultation ? How consultation is to be done by HEI ? Presentation also deals with outcomes of consultation by teachers. It mention an urge that teachers in Humanities should deal in consultation especially teachers working in Tier-II HEI.

3. What is Consultation ?
Consultation is helping needy stakeholder on the basis of
your knowledge and skills.
For teachers the scope of consultation is beyond the
given framework for which he is appointed and paid for.
Teachers in spite of teaching students in their command
can extent their expertise to society at large, industry,
other students, other educational institutions, university
and the like.

4. Why the consultation ?
• If not teachers then who will do the consultation?
• The society, industry, students should first approach teachers for
guidance since teachers are the experts in their own specific
domain.
• Logically teachers that to preferably teacher researchers should be
approached first for any given social, industrial, economical, natural
issues been happening around for seeking the reasons and
solutions to act upon.
• University professors are consulted in advanced nations for
aforementioned issues. To some extent in developing nations
professors working in tier –I educational institutions are consulted.
But the teachers working in Tier-II should now get into consultation.
• The hard earned knowledge and skills must be shared for the
benefit of society, industry and economy. And to make this earth a
better place to live for mankind.
