this presentation talks about the different locations i will use for my short documentary

2. PICCADILLY CIRCUS
The reason why I have chosen this location
because I thought that it was an interesting place
to be I know that a lot of people come to this
location tourists and Londoners which means that
I will be able to get a broad audience reaction to
my statue and I can compare how the Londoners
react and how the statues react to the statue. This
location is suitable for my project because it is a
popular place and I know in this place I will get a
reaction and there are also human statues located
around this place and I have seen the reactions
people gave them and this may give me an
opportunity to see how the react to my living
statue and how they will act around the statue.
The cast and crew will be able to get to the
location and will be able to film and perform
there. In terms of health and safety we have to be
careful of the other people around us watching us
and we have to think of our possession and we
have to keep an eye on it so that nothing will get
stolen from us. If we attract a large crowd we
need to make sure that it isn’t too big because we
wouldn’t be able to control what is happening.
The constraints that are created by the location is
that there might be a slot of people there so we
might not be able to film and we might not find
an appropriate place to film as there are a lot of
people that come there.

3. COVENT GARDENS
Covent garden is another location where a lot of people come
which means that I will be able to see how different people
react to my statue. I have been here and there was a lot of
human statues here and I saw that people were very fascinated
by the living statues and people were going up to them and
looking at them I am curious about how they will react to my
living statue in this location and how other living statues react
to my living statue and what they would do. This location is
suitable to my film because this location has a lot of open area
where a lot of people come and where my statue can stand. The
crew and the actor will be able to get to this location and will
not have a problem while preforming here. We have to make
sure that the place that we choose to perform is suitable and it
doesn’t attract the wrong attention . We have to think about
weather as it is outside and it could be terrible weather which
means that we could not perform. The constraints that are
created by this location is that there are a lot of human statues
that perform here and they may not want us to be there doing
what we are doing.

4. TUBE
The reasons why I have chosen to film on the
tube is because I have noticed as a Londoner that
we do not pay attention to other people on the
tube and we are either reading a book or on our
gadgets. So I want to go on the tube and see
different peoples reactions to the statue and if
they would want to interact with the human
statue or will just ignore it and carry on with
what they are doing. This will also help me see
how other kinds of people react to my human
statue and the range can be from business people
to tourists etc. there is only one actor and only
one crew member so we will be able to get on
the tube together and film on it without
attracting too much attention. In terms of health
and safety we need to think about the kind of
attention that we attract and we have to be
careful filming on the tube because we could get
a negative reaction we also have to make sure
that we do not get on a really crowed carriage as
the statues costume could get broken .

5. STRATFORD OLYMPIC PARK
I have chosen the Olympic park because I like how the
location looks and I think that it would look good in
my film. I like the different landscapes in the Olympic
park and I think that this location and give a lot to my
film. Also people like to see things that they recognise
in films and I am sure that they will recognise the
Olympic park. In this location It will be the start of my
narrative where I can really control what is happening
and make people understand what the movie is about.
The biggest restraints of using the Olympic park is the
weather because if it rains we cannot use this as the
colour of the statue will come off and the equipment
will get broken. Also there may be a lot of people here
when we want to record and this could disrupt what
we are trying to do and this may mess up the narrative
and the kind of film that we are trying to create.

6. TRAFALGARSQUARE
The reason why I have chosen this location is because there are a lot of statues here and this would be
a perfect location for my statue to freeze up again. The reason why this is a good place because there
are other statues here that my living statue could be among. The constraints that are created by
location is that there are a lot of people and people may disrupt us as we are recording. I may not be
able to set up my tripod in this location because there might be too many people in this location and
this might damage my tripod and the camera.
