The Effects Of Air Pollution On Human Health And Quality...
Air is the ocean we breathe. Air supplies us with oxygen which is essential for our bodies to live. It
is the most essential element for all living organisms and yet, most humans play a big role on
polluting this essential resource and this means air pollution occurs. According to the Geoplanet.org,
air pollution is the addition of harmful substances to the atmosphere resulting in damage to the
environment, human health and quality of life. When the air contains gases, dust, fumes or odour in
harmful amounts, this could be harmful to health or comfort of humans and animals or which could
cause damage to plants and materials. The substances that cause air pollution are called as
pollutants. Pollutants can be classified into two classes which are primary air pollutants and
secondary air pollutants. The six common air pollutants are sulphur dioxide, carbon monoxide,
nitrogen oxide, lead and particulates. Air pollution happens due to many causes that come from
many sources and of course, they will give bad impacts to all living things and environment.
First and foremost, vehicles can cause air pollution. By the fumes and exhaust coming from the tail
pipe that run on gasoline or diesel, they can aggravate the environment. Until a few years ago, lead
was added to most gasolines to

Abstract
This paper explores a variety of published articles regarding the effects that W. Edward Deming had
on Japan during the total quality movement. The articles vary in terms of what aspects they focus on
from his beginnings in Japan, all the way to the establishment of The Deming Prize. Articles such as
William Edwards Deming, by Greisler, D. S., focus on Deming's life as a whole whereas others such
as Guidance for Deming Prize and Deming's Fourteen Points focus on more specific aspects of

Edwards Deming., n.d.). In 1948, he returned to Japan to conduct studies on the occupation forces.
During Deming's trips to Japan he began to develop an admiration of the Japanese people. At the
time Japan had some of the lowest quality industrial goods in the world. While in Japan, Deming
convinced one of the founding members of the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE),
of the potential of statistical methods in the rebuilding of Japanese industry (W. Edwards Deming.,
n.d.). In turn, Deming was invited to teach courses in statistical methods to Japanese industry
members. Deming arrived in Japan to teach again in June 1950 and he returned five times to act as a
teacher and consultant to the Japanese (W. Edwards Deming., n.d.). It seems strange that Deming
went to Japan to help manufacturers rather than helping the United States, where he was from. A
reason for this occurrence is that the Japanese were hungry for innovative ideas. Deming was able to
successfully influence a group of managers who had risen to the top in Japanese business after the
war (W. Edwards Deming., n.d.). They wanted help to correct serious and persistent quality
problems that they had been having for years (W. Edwards Deming., n.d.). Japan wanted to improve
and stop being known globally for having low quality industrial goods. In the United States at this

The Human Quality Of Obedience
The use of deception in research has been an ongoing controversial debate in the study of
Psychology. The method looks to extract and analyze data with the help of human
subjects/participants; however, the subject is given false information about the task or objective that
the study wishes to discover. Although the word deception may sound malicious and immoral, the
purpose of a deceptive method when conducting researches attempts to make significant
contributions to the scientific field being studied. One of the articles that will be discussed in this
paper is an experiment that was conducted by a man named Stanley Milgram in 1963 that studied
the human quality of obedience and its ability to become destructive. The other article that this
paper also looks at is a research that determines the psychological impacts of deception in a
psychological research. The latter further looks upon ethical components that is associated with the
research. With deceptive research still capable of creating risks, is it time to allow researchers to
utilize Milgram's research method in order to further increase our understanding of obedience? This
paper looks to prove that the use of deception in research studies should be utilised, since the results
of the experiment can be extremely useful. Even though risks may rise from the experiment, they
can be greatly alleviated. As it was mentioned before, the first article that this paper looks into is an
experiment conducted by Stanley Milgram.

The Effects Of Air Quality Regulations On Human Health
Introduction
Dust storms in Arizona are a dramatic example of how changes in land use, combined with
climatological factors, can have a negative influence on human health. For decades, the state has
experienced dust storms that have led to serious traffic accidents on Arizona's highways (Brazel and
Hsu 1981). The dust storm related accidents represented a disproportionate amount of fatalities
(Hyers and Marcus 1981). However, dust can have negative effects on human health in a less
dramatic fashion. Small particles (≤ 10 micrometers) can lodge inside human lungs and cause
respiratory problems and heart attacks. The particles can also alter environmental properties such as
the nutrient concentration in water bodies and soils (U.S. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

2014). Dietz et al. (2003) presented a framework that identified the principles and requirements of
adaptive governance. Adaptive governance requires information, conflict resolution, rule
compliance, infrastructure, and adaptation and change. Those requirements are met by a governance
arrangements that follow a set of principles that are based on Ostrom's (1990) design principles:
"devise rule that are congruent with ecological conditions, clearly define boundaries of resources
and user groups, devise accountability mechanisms for monitoring, apply graduated sanctions for
violations, establish/use low–cost mechanisms for conflict resolution, involve interested parties in
informed discussion of rules, allocate authority to allow for adaptive governance at multiple levels,
and employ mixtures of institutional types" (Dietz et al. 2003).
Although the number of articles about adaptive governance has increased significantly over the past
decade (Chaffin et al. 2014), the literature on adaptive governance related to air quality appears
sparse. Tucker (2012) identifies the revision of air quality standards based on new information as an

The six guidelines followed at HonorSteel for effective E–Kanban system are
Customer (downstream) processes withdraw items in the precise amounts specified by the E–
Kanban.
Supplier (upstream) produces items in the precise amounts and sequences specified by the E–
Kanban
No items are made or moved without a E–Kanban.
A E–Kanban should accompany each item, every time.
Defects and incorrect amounts are never sent to the next downstream process.
The number of E–Kanbans is reduced carefully to lower inventories and to reveal problems.
Outline of Changed Key Processes:
After implementation of E–Kanban, the process flow became more stable. Shown in figure 3

Essay about Frankenstein and Bladerunner
'It's not so much about survival but more about the quality of life'
To what extent can this statement be applied to the two texts you have studied this year?
Survival is the continuing to live or exist, especially in difficult conditions, whereas
The quality of life is the fulfillment and personal satisfaction a person has with one's life. Percy
Shelley's novel 'Frankenstein' (1818) and Ridley Scotts film 'Blade Runner' (1982) both demonstrate
a struggle for quality of life within their texts. The texts show that it is not so much about a being's
survival, but about their undeniable want for quality in their life. We can see this issue expressed
through the ideas of compassion and humanity, autonomy and freedom, along with the basic ...

It is questioning humanity on how a creation can absorb emotions. How can a mere creation display
such compassion? This is outlining the monster is no longer concerned with simply surviving, but
more concerned with experiencing and understanding every aspect and quality of life.
We are also shown the idea of humanity and compassion in the film 'Blade Runner'. The replicants
are only seen as objects. This is shown through the repetition of the reference to replicants as 'it'. It
shows the lack of compassion and humanity and to have quality of life you need a certain degree of
this. Blade Runner also illustrates that it may not be the replicants fault for their need to survive but
lacking of the quality of life. The film noir expresses the films artificial and 'depressing' world with
dehumanized buildings and dark eerie environments. This makes you ask is this world forgetting
about humanity? Their quest for survival is only one step into gaining quality of life as the world
they live in now does not contain all elements needed to acquire this.
'Frankenstein' expresses a clear idea of freedom and autonomy. Shelley portrays the monster as
lonely and only wanting to fit in. With the use of characterization we can see the monster feels
locked out from the world; his emotions explain to us his feeling of being trapped. This shows no
freedom for the monster. With no freedom he forgets about the need to survive, and focuses solely
on gaining

Implementing A New Communication Record For Tracking...
Assessment of Problem: Clearly describe the problem in your work unit and your plan to solve the
problem.
The problem within the work unit is that we tend to be complacent and sees things as they are and
not as they could be. The Agency's mission is "To responsibly provide access to quality health
coverage for vulnerable Mississippians." In order to accurately carry out this mission, the Office of
Appeals needs to aggressively keep up with advances in technology (i.e. computer application and
software), and eagerly embrace new found ways of ensuring that our clients receive information and
assistance as quick and efficiently as possible. My plan to solve this problem is to create, and then
recommend implementing a new communication record for tracking beneficiaries and clients
request for a state eligibility hearing. Each record will be assigned an appeal number that would
allow us to track the case from receipt through resolution.
To date, the Office of Appeals is utilizing an Excel spreadsheet to record and track incoming
requests (See Attachment I). The spreadsheet displays data in text and numbers, which allows
sorting and calculations. The problem with the spreadsheet is it does not effectively provide
electronic tracking of incoming eligibility appeal requests from the Agency's thirty (30) regional
offices. Also, the problem is that the spreadsheet does not allow space for more specific data to be
entered that is considered pertinent to the case (See Attachment

Education As A Core Element Of Generating Quality Human...
Sociopolitical context Education is acknowledged to be one of the seven priorities of "Kazakhstan –
2030" Strategy. As it is particularly stated in state policy documents, the common goal of education
reforms in Kazakhstan is to adapt the education system to global socio–economic environment
(State Program on Development of Education in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011–2020).
Kazakhstan is on the way of its transformation to be one of the 50 most competitive countries in the
world. To achieve this ambitious goal, the country is overhauling its educational system to be able to
produce quality human capital as it will significantly result in benefit for economy and society
(Bhuiyan, 2011). Therefore, gifted education is considered to be a core element of generating
quality human capital; hence, a great deal of resources has been investing into education in order to
implement strategies to provide a high quality education for gifted children (Hernandez–Torrano &
Abisheva, 2013). There are a lot of issues beyond gifted education in terms of identifications,
perceptions, teaching methods, peculiarities and etc. Nowadays, different ways of supporting and
organizing gifted children's activities are being discussed by the majority of scholars. For instance,
according to Kazakhstani scholars (Damitov et al., 2006; Damitov et al.,2009) the importance of
practical activities, scientific and educational research is prioritized in several policy documents

The Man Who Helped Shape The World
The father of quality evolution, the man who helped shape the world, William Edwards Deming,
was born on the month of October 14, 1900 in the city of Sioux, Iowa. His family raised him in this
city until they moved in Polk City, Iowa when he was four years old. After two years of living in
Polk City, the family again moved to Cody, Wyoming. Then, There was a homestead program that
gave out a free land in 40 and 80 acres plots as part of a major irrigation project in Powell,
Wyoming. They had to move again, after two years, for this reason. At that time, the first four years
living at a tarpaper shack was a struggle for them to live life and move on with their daily tasks
because of the tough situation that they are facing. Deming started working odd jobs as young boy
in order for him to save up money for the everyday expenses of the family.
In 1917, W. Deming was a student who attended the University of Wyoming (UW), finishing
engineering major. Few years after, he finally earned his Bachelor's degree in 1921 by supporting
himself and doing all kinds of work, such as janitorial work, working in a dry cleaner, a soda jerk at
a local drug store, and several other jobs. After graduation, Deming stayed in UW to teach
engineering while studying mathematics at the same time. In 1922, he became an assistant professor
in Physics at the Colorado School of Mines. During summertime, he took classes at the University

Sigma And The Cost Of Quality
Introduction
"Six Sigma" and the "Cost of Quality" to a manufacturing company is a systematic approach that
increases profits and improves customer satisfaction rates by eliminating the root cause for defects
or errors in all processes, by creating new and more effective processes. To the health care company,
"The Cost of Quality" may look and feel slightly different, yet in many ways both are the same.
Both companies may operate and produce different products, and operate in two different market
segments, both are concerned with delivering customer driven quality products or services in the
most cost effective manner. Therefore, if we use a comparative analysis and the Six Sigma standard
problem solving methodologies and apply it to the "Costs of Quality", "Six Sigma Project Selection"
and the role of "The Green Belt" we know that each looks to eliminate the root cause of defects and
poor customer satisfaction scores. We will discuss these similarities and the differences in
manufacturing and in health care and the importance of determining who the "Voice of the
Customer" (VOC) is, to responding quickly to any sudden market change or in customer driven
demand changes and for each current customer, lost customer, or any future customers.

The cost of quality in a manufacturing company versus a health care company is identifying the
areas of similarities and differences in their use of a cumulative cost of a quality measurement

Toyota Supplier Relations: Fixing the Suprima Chassis
Toyota Supplier Relations: Fixing the Suprima Chassis Toyota faced a challenge related to the poor
visibility and low quality of a supplier for the Suprima model. The Japanese brand, being related to
a top quality product and a Just in Time manufacturing scheme could not afford to have stock out
problems nor not meeting consumers' demand for quality.
One of the main errors leading to this situation was the fact that ChassisCo didn't follow on the
Toyota principle of giving the bad news up front. Toyota stated with every supplier that they
expected a swift alert in case any risks were to arise, in order to tackle root causes and diminish the
problems right away. On the same line, Toyota knew that the manufacturing process for the ... Show

On the side of ChassisCo, they faced two issues, namely the fact that their most experienced people
had all been reinstated across different geographies and therefore, their know–how was decreased.
Second, ChassisCo had a rise in demand created by new launches form a set of different customers.
This caused their efforts to mitigate in different projects, creating a capacity gap.
In order to speed up the process, Toyota could give a chance to the process manager to make
changes to the attachment methods and quality test them. If successful, this could increase the daily
yield of parts per day, helping towards the goal.
Also, rotating the engineering team that had the most developed relations with ChassisCo was a
significant mistake, since were key people to escalate problems and seek for solutions.
Making the switch from manual welding process to an automated one actually had a negative
impact on productivity. Perhaps the root cause of this was the fact that they needed more space to
install the additional capacity, but instead they decided to go for a higher plant density. Also, that
they preferred the lowest bids from parts suppliers, seeking to meet the aggressive Toyota price, but
instead might had jeopardized the quality of the supplied parts.
In contrast to ChassisCo's practices, Toyota actually invested time in going to the suppliers and
assessing their capability. Although, by

Qualities That Make Us Human
From the moment of birth, humans possess so many amazing qualities. However some qualities
make us more human than others. If one were to read the astonishing tale of Frankenstein's monster,
would one be able to recognize these qualities, if any in the monster? Throughout the story, people
constantly run at the hideous sight of the monster without even discovering what qualities the
monster possesses. Does Frankenstein's monster possess any of the qualities that make us human?
We as humans are the most astounding creatures on the face of the Earth. Humans have so many

Kant elucidate the meaning of human good by talking about...
Kant elucidate the meaning of human good by talking about three qualities: power, pleasure and
dignity. By reading each of the philosopher's text individually, the reader is able to recognize which
quality is most imperative to each philosopher. Additionally, each philosopher illuminates the
importance of that certain good and provides a feasible reason for their choosing by presenting
general ideas that enables the reader to gain a meticulous understanding of their subjective meaning
of each good and its importance.
First and foremost is Hobbs. He makes it obvious that the paramount good is power by labeling
power as a man's natural condition. Man, overall, is a social animal that has a global goal in life, that

Mill states that the "utility or the greatest happiness principle holds that actions are right in portion
as they tend to promote happiness...by happiness is intended pleasure" for "pleasure and freedom are
desirable ends" (Mill, 7) He talks more about the utilitarian perspective, that is, we increase the
levels of happiness for others. Following this logical equation, when pleasure is achieved it
increases the intensity of happiness that was intended for others which constructs man's dignity as a
caring human being. Additionally, we attain the internal pleasure that renders power.
Kant focuses on the importance of dignity which is the quality that is rendered by an individual's
overt actions. Additionally, internal joy is constituted by how one treats another as a human, not an
implement used for one's self–preserved motive. Kant believes that "In the kingdom of ends
everything has either a price or a dignity. Whatever has a price can be replaced by something else as
its equivalent; on the other hand, whatever is above all prices, and therefore admits of no equivalent,
has dignity." (Kant, 40) Basically, he explains that man is more than just an object of inclination
implemented to abide to ones propositions to attain a certain desire. Man is someone that is priceless
that is above all prices and has dignity, and should be treated in a way that conveys that.

Chapter II : Literature Review
Chapter II: Literature Review
Company XYZ's die converting production area has experienced waste due to scratching and
delamination which cause scrap. Parts being scraped cause a reduction in profits and a decrease in
production capacity for the company. The study leveraged Six Sigma techniques to pinpoint and
address the waste created in the manufacturing process and will propose solutions to the
manufacturing system. The primary manufacturing processes in the privacy filter manufacturing
operation included steel rule die converting, sacrificial premask removal, and manual inspection.
Based on the production methods listed, the literature was reviewed on manufacturing, six sigma,
DMAIC, root cause analysis, and waste.

The die converting department produces privacy filters that are sold to the customers of Company
XYZ. Company XYZ has introduced a range of laptop and desktop computer privacy filters which
address managers' mounting information security concerns, particularly as more and more people
use company laptops while travelling, or in public places (Filters shield sensitive on–screen data
from prying., 2006). Manufacturing industry is in constant search of improvement and companies
continuously aim for producing outstanding products that differentiate their offer from other
competitors (Myklebust, Eleftheriadis, & Capellan, 2014). Manufacturing drives quality and process

Establish Performance Requirements
In order for CBF to produce high quality circuit boards, the following requirements to establish
performance are recommended:
– Extended hours of operation
– Additional Machinery
– Decrease initial inspection time
If the company were to extend production hours to 12 hours a day with an addition of a machine, the
production and production cost would increase but so would the number of produced circuit boards.
In addition, if the factory could shorten the initial inspection process time, this would allow for more
boards to be produced and lessen the bottle neck affect the company currently faces.

Abstract
Human error theory explores human factors and ergonomics, which contribute to the
implementation and design of health and safety measures in healthcare. The theory identifies the
effect of medical errors by healthcare providers cause significant risks to the health and safety of
patients. It explains human errors in terms of contributory factors that prevail in a person's
performance, immediate environment, and the broader organizational level. Human errors that
influence performance are identified in broader categories of lapses, mistakes, or slips. To mitigate
this, the research identifies the establishment of safety and health standards in organizational culture
and structure to change individual behavior and organizational behavior.
Human Error Theory in Healthcare
Human error theory in healthcare has different aims and roles. One of these is the provision of
meaningful structure for explaining, describing, and understanding events and analyzing incidents
and near misses (Armitage, 2009a). Human error theory explores human factors and ergonomics,
which contribute to the implementation and design of health and safety measures in healthcare. It
also provides design of useful and usable health information technologies in healthcare. Human
error theory is used in healthcare management following an increase in focus on patient safety

Prejudice Is An Innate Quality Of Humans
For years now, understanding prejudice has been one of human's greatest challenges. Prejudice can
be described as an unfavourable, negative attitude towards a social group and its individual
members. On the surface this may not seem like a significant issue, however, it can become
associated with dehumanisation and violence. It is suggested that every human is prejudice; people
make assumptions based on characteristics such as age, sex, and ethnicity. There are many
explanations of prejudice, however, there has never been an internationally accepted theory. In early
20th Century, Prejudice was considered an innate quality of humans, and instinctive response to
certain characteristics of a person. Other psychologists may argue that prejudice is an attitude that is
acquired over time, catalysed by social agents. There are multiple theories and explanations as to
why prejudice occurs, the main four being Psychodynamic, Cognitive, Acquisition theory and
Intergroup relations. The psychodynamic theory leans heavily on the Oedipus complex, and the
psychosexual stages of development, Freud 1905. The theory suggests, that as the children age, they
channel the hostility towards their parents, into their unconscious, and they show love and affection.
A charismatic, powerful leader arouses similar feelings to those experienced towards parents. Unity
as a group arises from members adopting their leader as a part of their superego, and therefore all

Human Properties And Qualities Of A Substance
Descartes explains "substance" as being something that exists by itself, as it does not require
anything for its existence. With substance he also talks about "modes" being another element that
exists for various things. Modes are what he considers the physical properties and qualities of a
substance. An example of what modes are can be imagined by thinking of the color, the texture, or
the size of a red ball, as these features are what Descartes would consider modes of the ball
(substance). With knowing what substance is, Descartes further distinguishes infinite and finite
substance, along with perfect and imperfect substances. Asking the question of what is a substance,
Descartes claims that god is a substance because god exists without requiring anything. Next
considering that god exists, anything which god creates can also be a substance because, as god is a
substance, his creation is also a substance, however, with a lesser degree of existence making it both
finite and imperfect because they required god. Understanding what substance is, it is important to
note, that Descartes considers god, the mind, and body as the only three substances that exist. 1
The mind and body for Descartes are two forms of substances that he distinguishes as being separate
from one another in operations. Descartes theory for this comes from his isolation from everything
he has known including his physical body. Keeping in mind that everything is an illusion, Descartes
tells himself if he is

Manual vs. Automated Statistical Process Control: Food...
Israel Ortega–Ramos
The Prime Example
Our recent visit to a food packaging plant in New Jersey highlighted the inconsistent results of
statistical process control routinely faced by Quality Control Managers. Product weight readings
were taken from the manufacturing floor, entered into an Excel spreadsheet and analyzed. The
results produced no predictable under or over filling trend despite the fact that the same people used
the same scales at the same time of day. The problem is simple and fundamental. Human error is an
inevitable part of the process of collecting statistical data. This is consistently overlooked in
companies that utilize manual SPC[1] (statistical process control) for their manufactured goods. To

The scale will then calculate the statistical data after the last product is placed on the scale and store
this data in a password–protected memory for collection by the Quality Manager. This statistical
data can then be sent wirelessly to a spreadsheet, printed on a label to accompany the sampled
product, or simply viewed on the scale interface. The flow diagram below shows the improved SPC
process.
Companies can also utilize various connectivity and software options that can integrate filling
machines to automated SPC scale systems. This means that fill volumes based on trends calculated
by the scale can be adjusted via an automated system. Quality Control Managers and Plant
Managers can also connect all the SPC scale systems in a factory via a central control computer that
will provide easy access to "real–time" data. Integrating an automated SPC Scale System into a
manufacturing environment will have the following advantages over the older manual SPC systems:
Upgrading outdated manual SPC processes is the first step to improve overall quality, efficiency,
and trace ability. This can be accomplished with as little as $5,000 in capital investment. Quality
Control Managers and Plant managers have to take a hard look at how their product samples are
being weighed and how these measurements are turned into results that can improve production line
efficiency. It is now time for

Meeting the customer requirements (Oakland 2003) is a reasonable definition of quality.
Meeting the Customer's requirements is a tough challenge as the requirements of customer are like
the water of a tide; it's likely to change at any point of time. So identifying the expectations of the
customer and performing service in accordance to it is a task that requires great skill. But at the end
of the day if customer's expectation is met and the customer is satisfied with the product, we could
say that quality has been achieved.
For example; A Customer wanting a house to be built for him had come to my uncle's construction

there are any changes in priorities. During this stage, my customer (guide) was regularly informed

Through such communication, my project was successfully completed on time in the way my guide

In 1948, he returned to Japan to conduct studies on the occupation forces. During Deming's trips to Japan he began to develop an admiration of the Japanese people. At the time Japan had some of the lowest quality industrial goods in the world. While in Japan, Deming convinced one of the founding members of the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE), of the potential of statistical methods in the rebuilding of Japanese industry (W. Edwards Deming., n.d.). In turn, Deming was invited to teach courses in statistical methods to Japanese industry members. Deming arrived in Japan to teach again in June 1950 and he returned five times to act as a teacher and consultant to the Japanese (W. Edwards Deming., n.d.). It seems strange that Deming went to Japan to help manufacturers rather than helping the United States, where he was from. A reason for this occurrence is that the Japanese were hungry for innovative ideas. Deming was able to successfully influence a group of managers who had risen to the top in Japanese business after the war (W. Edwards Deming., n.d.). They wanted help to correct serious and persistent quality problems that they had been having for years (W. Edwards Deming., n.d.). • 13. Implementing A New Communication Record For Tracking... Assessment of Problem: Clearly describe the problem in your work unit and your plan to solve the problem. The problem within the work unit is that we tend to be complacent and sees things as they are and not as they could be. The Agency's mission is "To responsibly provide access to quality health coverage for vulnerable Mississippians." In order to accurately carry out this mission, the Office of Appeals needs to aggressively keep up with advances in technology (i.e. computer application and software), and eagerly embrace new found ways of ensuring that our clients receive information and assistance as quick and efficiently as possible. My plan to solve this problem is to create, and then recommend implementing a new communication record for tracking beneficiaries and clients request for a state eligibility hearing. Each record will be assigned an appeal number that would allow us to track the case from receipt through resolution. To date, the Office of Appeals is utilizing an Excel spreadsheet to record and track incoming requests (See Attachment I). The spreadsheet displays data in text and numbers, which allows sorting and calculations. The problem with the spreadsheet is it does not effectively provide electronic tracking of incoming eligibility appeal requests from the Agency's thirty (30) regional offices. Also, the problem is that the spreadsheet does not allow space for more specific data to be entered that is considered pertinent to the case (See Attachment ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

As it is particularly stated in state policy documents, the common goal of education reforms in Kazakhstan is to adapt the education system to global socio–economic environment (State Program on Development of Education in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011–2020). This involves communicating about the progress of the project; passing information about its development and if there are any changes in priorities. During this stage, my customer (guide) was regularly informed about my progress. He would then suggest particulars that increased the overall quality of my work and made it a better product.
