maintenance may be explained as the process of
restoring failed equipment to working condition or kipping
non-filed equipment in operational condition. It may also
defined any activity conducted for the purpose of
establishing the reliability of any assist or equipment.
maintenance is an important aspect to ensure
effectiveness of business processes. It help in establishing
various facets of an organization such as its environmental
integrity ,safety areas, product quality and energy
consumption measure. Maintenance efficiency is also
helpful in controlling.
