1. MISSION STATEMENT OF CENTRALISED MAINTENANCE DIVISION
Maintenance function of the Company is Integral to achieving productive operations and
high-quality products, while maintaining satisfactory equipment and machines reliability at
optimal cost levels.
The Mission of the Centralised Maintenance Division, therefore, is to ensure Business
Continuity, facilitate speedy Breakdown Recovery of Plant, Machines & Equipment and
create Safe Production Environment.
This shall be achieved by planning, designing & implementing Standard Operating
Procedures for keeping Plant, Machineries & Equipments in good condition, well
configured and safe to perform their intended functions, performing all Maintenance
activities including Preventive, Corrective, Predictive; Overhauls, Design Modification and
Emergency maintenance shut-down, in an efficient and effective manner, Conserve and
Control the use of Spare Parts & Consumables, Commissioning of new Plant,
Machineries & Equipment, Operate Utilities and Conserve Energy.
