1. I created my wordle based on
the two genres of ‘R&B/Hip-
Hop’ as this is my chosen
genre.
Within my wordle I included
words such as; alcohol, parties,
relationships and love as I
believe most R&B/ Hip-hop songs
are based on relationships and
love, set in a club surrounded
with people dancing, drinking and
having a good time.
By doing this wordle it has
helped me to understand the
typical conventions which are
seen in R&B/ Hip-hop music.
I have developed a better
understanding of both genres
and it has enabled me to
generate some ideas for when
I want to create my music
video.
The colours I chose to use are
bright and colourful as it
symbolises R&B/Hip-hop as a
happy genre which makes its
audience want to feel in a
party mood. Pink is used
strongly in my wordle as it
represents R&B/Hip-hop to be
based strongly on
relationships and love.
Other words such as;
baggy-clothing, jewellry,
cars, rap and tattoos are
typical things which are
shown in many R&B/ Hip-
hop songs and are a main
attraction in those songs.
