This document provides guidelines for submitting an information pitch to Spartups, including requesting a 5-minute time slot. Applicants should submit their title, team members, contact information, idea stage, and a 500-word description addressing the problem, value, customers, feasibility, and assistance needed. Additional materials can also be attached for review. Applicants will be notified if their time slot is approved and can contact Spartups with any questions.

To be approved for a 5-min time slot during Spartups’ “Info Pitch” section, please submit the following at
least 7 days before the next scheduled meeting:

Idea Stage: Concept / Beta / Prototyping / Start-up / Profitable / Growth / Expansion
Project Description: Describe your idea, product or organization in 500 words and address the following:
- Advantage. What problem are you trying to solve, and how will you solve it?
- Benefit. How will your idea add value to people’s lives?
- Customer. Who are your target users and how will you engage them?
- Feasibility. What talents, skills or resources do you need to execute your vision?
- Need. What can Spartups do to help you succeed?
- Other. Is there any other info you would like us to know about your submission?
Attach any other diagrams, flowcharts or research you’ve already completed to this document.
The more information provided, the higher your submission’s chances of getting approved.
Once reviewed, you will be contacted by Spartups with confirmation regarding your time slot during the
Info Pitch section of our next meeting.
