of Cheminova A/S based in Lemvig, Denmark.
Cheminova India Limited is dedicated in
providing crop protection solutions through
manufacturing and marketing of
agrochemicals and its intermediates.
Cheminova India Ltd. was formed when Lupin
agrochemicals (India) limited was acquired by
Cheminova A/S in December 1997.
5. STEP-1:-TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS
Decided by company policy like safety training, plan
operating training, etc.
Through competency mapping process.
STEP-2:-TRAINING DESIGN
For bottom level, Basic level of training is available in
company itself and this kind of training provided
within organisation.
For managerial level, they send mangers for outside
in MDP programme or conduct training programme
within organisation, for that they call expert in
organisation.
6. STEP-3:- IMPLEMENTATION
For new employees it start from first day of job
First give basic class room training
Than of on the job training, first demonstrate by supervisor
than he operates machine.
For permanent employees, arrange training
programme at that way, their job or work
schedule not affected.
STEP-4:- EVALUATION OF TRAINING.
Evaluation is done how they perform after
training programme and in performance
review session.
They evaluate effectiveness of training through
competency mapping process.

• Establish bechmark knowledege, skills which requird
to perform job.

• Prepare questionnaire for each level of questionnaire
and feel by employees and supervisor togather.
Step-3
• Compare with Actual benchmark skills and
indetification of gap.
Step-4
• Based on gap analysis, training need identified and
performance review done.
