When the end-users are involved in the process, they become
the managers instead of just being a participant and from that
point of view they do not just follow the current practices but
also develop some new ones themselves and they become the
clients who are engaged with both issue and
arrangement.(Goulden,Bedwell, Rennick-Egglestone, Rodden &
Spence, 2014). The end users should always be encouraged to
report any incidents or suspicious activities because these any
unintended or surprising episodes can lead to various
consequences and lead to harm. Incident reporting events are
progressively being drawn into the domain of execution
management,with occurrence information being utilized to hold
associations to account for security execution. Rather of using
episode announcing frameworks to account for failure, they can
be all the more gainfully used to create regimes of common
responsibility for development.Moreover reporting also
decreases the chances of the same or similar incident happening
again. Hence any activity that is related to any safety issues or
otherwise should be reported, categorized and the aim should be
to increase the rates at which these are reported.
The safety culture of the organization is stronger if there
are higher number of incidents reported however these can lead
to a few complications.If the same type of incident is reported
repeatedly, it suggests that there is no action taken previously
on it and the quality of the action is very poor. This trend might
discourage others to report in future thinking that they might
also be asked to wait for their chance or ignored because they
have seen that happening before.While reporting an incident it
is important to not be biased and keep in mind the quality. Since
they are the first hand proof of what exactly happened during an
incident, whether it be using a device or witnessing a program
failure or witnessing an issue in healthcare or application, these
end users helps in documentation and if they miss out on
reporting it, the concerned authority might miss a very
important opportunity and can end up in more failures going
forward. Reporting frameworks give a foundation to detecting
emerging dangers, exploring and clarifying serious incidents
and unsafe occasions and for understanding and improving the
practices and frameworks. It is always better to know and
understand the issues in advance than to actually face them and
find out about them later. (Macrae, 2016)

The end users should always be encouraged to report any incidents or suspicious activities because these any unintended or surprising episodes can lead to various consequences and lead to harm. Incident reporting events are progressively being drawn into the domain of execution management,with occurrence information being utilized to hold associations to account for security execution. Rather of using episode announcing frameworks to account for failure, they can be all the more gainfully used to create regimes of common responsibility for development.Moreover reporting also decreases the chances of the same or similar incident happening again. Hence any activity that is related to any safety issues or otherwise should be reported, categorized and the aim should be to increase the rates at which these are reported. The safety culture of the organization is stronger if there are higher number of incidents reported however these can lead to a few complications.If the same type of incident is reported repeatedly, it suggests that there is no action taken previously on it and the quality of the action is very poor. This trend might discourage others to report in future thinking that they might also be asked to wait for their chance or ignored because they have seen that happening before.While reporting an incident it is important to not be biased and keep in mind the quality. Since they are the first hand proof of what exactly happened during an incident, whether it be using a device or witnessing a program failure or witnessing an issue in healthcare or application, these
