2. Self acceptance is an individual’s
satisfaction or happiness with oneself,
and is thought to be necessary for good
mental health . Self-acceptance involves
self understanding a realistic albeit
subjective , awareness of one’s strengths
and weakness . It result in an
individual’s feeling about one self , that
they are of “unique worth”.
3. DATA COLLECTION
For technical information about
surveys including questionnaires ,
resources and guides etc .., Here we
use the methodological stands for
data collection is a questionnaire . It
contain 34 questions, those are
related to self acceptance . Also
given to opinions yes/no.21 students
were response to these questions.
4. Questions should not be based or even leading
the participants towards an answer.
Avoid items that contain more than one
question per item.
Do not make assumptions about the
respondent.
Use positive as well as negative statements for
obtaining the real response of respondents.
5. After the preparation of questionnaire , we put
them to 21 different participants . They filled
up the response sheet . Then collecting all the
response sheet for the purpose of analysis.

difficult challenges,no matter how muh
meditation or therapy we havetried.No matter
how much spiritual practice,elf improvement
or therapy we have under taken,there is one
are where many of us still find our selves
challenged every day self-acceptance.
