2. INTRODUCTION
• A questionnaire is a research instrument
consisting of a series of questions and other
prompts for the pupose of gathering information
from respondents.
• Self acceptance of self inspite of A
questionnaire is a research instrument consisting
of a series of questions and other prompts for
deficiencies.According to Shepard(1979),self-
acceptance is an individuals satisfaction or
happiness with oneself,and is thought to be
necessary for good mental health.

3. DATA COLLECTION
• We use internationally accepted and up to
data methods when we design surveys and
implement methods of collection data.It
contains 34 questions ,those are related to
self-acceptance.Also given two options yes or
no.20 students were response to these 34
questions.

4. METHODOLOGY
• First we construct the questionnaire.After the
preparation of questionnaire,we put them to
20 different participants.They filled up the
response sheet.Then collecting all the
response sheet for the purpose of analysis.

21. CONCLUSION
• This survey report shows that how to be kind
and compassionable toward yourself in any
situation self acceptance is one of our most
difficult changes no matter how much
meditation or therapy we’ve tried.In this
survey ,questionnaire explore the questions
around self-acceptance and investigate how
we can over come the difficulties of embrcing
who we are.
