• Monthly creditor reconciliation.
• Daily cash reconciliation & bank deposit.
• Reconciliation of bank, party & creditor’s reconciliation.
• Knowledge of TDS in every service.
• Outlet sale reconciliation on daily & monthly basis
• To check all the venders invoices (Food & Beverages)
• Prepare daily collection & daily payment report
• Verification of stock Statement.
• Verification of restaurant bill.
• Controlling power of bills receivable & payable.
• To raise memorandum to the cashiers and service staff if any items is not
charged or under charged.
• To raise memorandum for any shortages found in the physical inventory.
• To raise bills and debit to the concerned person for variation / deviation
noted on a surprise checks.
• To ensure that accounts are maintained for all personal & official
entertainment done by the Executives.
• To take Store inventory on a monthly basis and prepare variance report.
• To take month end inventory of all outlets and prepare a monthly closing
statements.
• To take mini bar inventory and make variance report.
• To ensure that all requisite entries in the IDS are complete and up to date.
• To prepare monthly risk purchase statements and debit to the suppliers.
• To check the sales, sales summary, bills received discounts, voids,
cancellations, missing KOT / BILL etc. and take the required action.
• Coordination with F & B Service, Production, Store, Receiving and
Purchase.
