MEANING:

       Blindness in management begins the days an
    executive stops updating himself of knowledge in
    the area of his operation.



     Fails to redefine the organizational goal
TYPES OF BLINDNESS
   Tamas :( blindness born out of lowest mode of nature)
       A person is very attached to material comforts and
    pleasure and has no urge to strive for self-improvement.


   Rajas: ( blindness born out of the dynamic mode)
      A person concerned only with their work output .


   Satwa:( blindness born out of goodness)
       A person follow the way he like and he is immune to
    the rules of the game.
CAUSES FOR BLINDNESS
   Fails to update oneself with knowledge in his area
    of operation.




   Fails to redefine short term goals to achieve
    ultimate
HOW TO REMOVE BLINDNESS ?
   Updating of knowledge

   Develop into inner strength

   Higher vision

   Humility in day to day dealing

   Develop qualities like purity, integrity, greatness and
    surrender.

MISTAKEN JUDGEMENT

   Mistaken judgement is closely related to the sense
    of identify that one has of himself.

    his authority and responsibility.
