WASH PROCESS
• Flush- 2 to 3 minutes, dissolve in water.
• Break-4 to 10 minutes, product is added.
• Suds- 5 to 8 minutes, detergent is added.
• Carryover suds- 2 to 5 minutes, rinse cycle
• Bleach- 5 to 8 minutes, bleach is added
• Rinse- 2 to 3 minutes, two or more rinses
• Intermediate extract-2 mints, spin remover
• Sour- 3 to 5 mints,softners and sours added
• Extract-2 to 12 mints, removing moisture of linen
