Project Management:
• Tailor, Remove bottlenecks, Enable your team
• Take some risks to get innovative products
• Quality is not injected in the end of the project
Test Management:
• Risk based, prioritized testing based on Requirements coverage
• Effectively use tools to fight with complexity. „Do not fight with a sword against a
spaceship“ –unless you are in starwars
• Do not think only on what to test but also when
Agile SW Development:
• Ensure added Business value available and usable in every iteration. It’s early usage
is the gain after all.
• Ensure you have a good and lean design to re-factor in every iteration
• Full automated regression. Develop Test Driven when possible
• Sync dev and testing. Make them work on the same topic at the same time, so that
they can collaborate
Agile Project Management:
• It is the team that makes it happen not the PM.
• Collaboration is not optional.
• Manage to give a glance of the future to the stakeholders and keep your
commitments
