nature without any influence. According to Gombrich, the objectivity of the representation in a work
of art does not define how correct or real the art is. On the contrary, realism is defined by the

believes this because there are multiple limits to representing objectively. One of the most

Abstract
It is an undying question that may never be answered: How do children learn? It is a common idea
that children need to be taught the basic subjects such as math, reading, writing, science, and history.
However, what if we are serving an injustice to our youth? I myself was brought up by the public
school system. I was taught how to take a test, how to memorize vocabulary until the next set
arrived, and how to play by the rules. While every child learns differently, I always imagined what it
would have been like to be taught in a different atmosphere. Despite this being the most common
curriculum of Essentialism, I believe that we could be of better use to our children.

The organisational life cycle is the life cycle of an organisation from its creation to its termination.
The four principal stages of the organisational life cycle are
Birth
Growth
Decline
Death
Birth stage, in the birth stage an entrepreneur thinks about a business model, forms a management
group to work with and then they form a business plan. The entrepreneur's primary concern is
securing funds for development and survival. At this stage, the organisation is a one man show with
the founder/entrepreneur bearing all responsibility for development and management.
Growth stage, when a business is in the growth stage it's moving in the right direction for now and is
hungry for success.

In order to create a positive classroom culture, teacher need to promote positive relationships
between students and with students by taking an interest and have respect for each other. It is
extremely important for teacher to get to know the students, their families, and their culture. When a
