2. Introduction
Psychologists define attitudes as a learned tendency to evaluate things in a
certain way.
This can include evaluations of people, issues, objects, or events. Such
evaluations are often positive or negative, but they can also be uncertain
at times.
Explicit attitudes are those that we are consciously aware of and that
clearly influence our behaviors and beliefs.
Implicit attitudes are unconscious but still have an effect on our beliefs
and behaviors.

serving others or serving the greater good,
something outside of us that allows us to

90% for career development.
8. Importance of Attitude in workplace
There is a relationship between an individual's attitude and their job. A
person's attitude can significantly affect their job performance, and
their overall satisfaction with their job.
It becomes important that employees are mindful of the attitude
they develop.
While employers are mindful of the attitude their work
environment promotes.
Positive attitudes are often associated with better job performance
and increased job satisfaction.
People with positive attitudes tend to approach their work with
enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow. They may be more
resilient in the face of challenges and setbacks.
9. Importance of Attitude in workplace
Negative attitudes can lead to decreased job performance and job
dissatisfaction.
People with negative attitudes may approach their work with a lack of
enthusiasm and a pessimistic outlook. They may be more prone to
complaining and resistance to change.
Attitudes are not fixed and can change over time. Positive working
conditions and supportive colleagues can contribute to a more positive
attitude, while negative working conditions and conflicts with colleagues
can lead to a more negative attitude.
It is however important that individuals work at developing positive
attitudes for their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

If an egg breaks from within... life begins. Great things always begin
from within.
