your work..? 
Answer : 
 As a goal.. 
 As a challenge.. 
according to me I'm tacking task as a 
challenging work cause it's give 
empowerment to that task or 
assignment and then it will become 
more easy.
3. According to you, what are the 
qualities to become a successful 
Employ..? 
Answer : 
 Discipline, Taking 
Initiative/Responsibility, Attitude, 
Communication Skills, Field working 
skill, Basic knowledge this are most 
common qualities should workers 
have to become a successful employ
4. During your long successful 
career, you might have faced 
some challenges, how do you 
take it..? As an opportunities or 
as a hurdle? 
Answer: 
 as I said you before I'm tacking work as a 
challenge but still sometimes somewhere 
difficulties arise during work, and we found 
solution together and also it's give 
opportunity to new establishment not as 
hurdle.

satisfaction..?

 (a)&(b) Both 
 as per me job satisfaction is essential thing and 
One of the most important aspects for every 
employee ,as a internal I should be satisfied 
from job which I'm doing and as a external all 
employee or worker should also satisfied from 
my behavior toward them.
6. Do you believe in reward or 
opportunity..? Domain Vision or 
purpose Vision..? 
Answer : 
 There are many different factors that motivate 
employees and individuals. These include 
financial reasons, power, achievement, 
opportunity for advancement, the ability to 
contribute, etc. Another major factor is the power 
of .. RECOGNITION. 
 Employees who feel good about their abilities 
and their contributions to a company or team are 
more likely to be happy, content and motivated. 
When they are recognized for their efforts, they 
will also continue in their desire to excel.
7. Sir...sometimes in your carrier 
you might have faced your 
juniors are not working according 
to your Expectations. How do 
you make them work..? 
Answer : 
According to my expectations ,when 
juniors are not working , I try to tell them 
very politely although they don’t co-operate 
with me, then I order on them. 
And also not co-operate than apply 
another technic .
8. Sir...sometimes in your carrier 
you might have faced your 
Seniors/Authorities are not 
supporting according to your 
Expectations. How do you make 
them convince..? 
Answer 
 I’m co-operate respectly to senior . I 
communicate with strong confidence to 
them to achieve their support . in this 
way, I convenience seniors

your Contribution to organization 
and how do you relate it to 
society? 
I have done all work properly , and 
give a satisfaction to owners 
Also I am care of all girls and give all 
advice which actually must given by 
their parents .So its help for society .

attitude and “overcome the “Fear 
of Failure”? 
Answer: 
When my senior manager is died, then 
all responsibility on my head, I’m so 
confuced how will maintain this hostel. 
But that time I had take all responsibility 
,and make a decision I can all the 
planning and finally do all management 
as very carefully.

term Vision? 
Answer : 
Short term : To achieve goal with fully 
dedication of my knowledge 
Long term vision : Happy life

Work for achieve a goal

which you feel makes you a 
successful 
person. Answer: 
 I am providing a food to girls. I’m observed 
which food most likely to girls. 
 Now I’m expert in decide to which food they 
mostly choose. So now no require to ask all time 
to girls. 
 And also I know about all the girls nature, there 
requirement , behavior . so I think I’m success 
person for a collect all girls requirement, 
behavior , etc
