the risks for health?

for the support of our health?
Healthy Food
Everybody knows, tasty food is not always healthy. It’s often either too salty or
too sweet. Sometimes it’s too fat as well. Useful meal includes fresh fruit and
vegetables, cereals, meat, cheese, eggs, fish. It gives us lots of vitamins,
minerals and energy. So, it’s up to you, if you want to live longer, it’s important
to uderstand what you eat.
Going in for Sports
It’s rather obvious, if you train your body regularly, you keep fit and feel
healthy. Such people are often in good mood and ready to start everything
quickly. They are active, energetic and cheerful. Even if you don’t have enough
time to go to the gym, just do some physical exercises at home every morning.
Good Rest
After a hard or hot day we need having a good rest. One can enjoy taking a
warm shower, sitting in a cosy armchair, listening to favourite music, drinking
herbal tea, whatever. Leave all your problems outside, don’t worry and … you
know!...
Clean Water
Every person should drink 2 litres (not less) of fresh clean water. It can also be
juice, milk, tea, soup. Our organisms start working faster, every cell gets its
source of life and we feel ourselves healthier and better.
No Smoking, alcohol and taking drugs
Harmful habits cause lots of unpleasant problems for your health. Of course
they help to relax and see the life from another side during some period, but …
it’s a false side, you know. AIDS, cancer and other deseases kill us and there is
no way back and no chance to change the difficult situation… It really hurts!
Be Healthy!!!
To sum up, they say, the greatest wealth is health. It’s certainly TRUE! Your life
is unique, it’s only in your hands. Only you make a choice, so you decide!
