A healthy and varied diet can help you to reduce the risk of a number of diseases including heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes and osteoporosis. It can also assist maintaining a healthy body weight and enhance general wellbeing

The United States Department of Agriculture has published a new food pyramid that includes tips and facts about how to eat healthy to improve your health and live longer
