• Horror
• Setting / Abandoned House, Ally way, mainly at
night.
• Psychopath thought to be missing, still alive in the
house.
• Opening, cinematic pan of the house.
• POV of the psychopath lurking around the house.
4. Story Line
A young 14 year old girl, ran away from home after a
heated argument with her mother, on a rainy cold
night the only available shelter is the abandoned
house of an old man named Lucifer who is thought to
be dead. This man was known around the
neighborhood to be a complete psychopath, the
council refused themselves to put this house on sale as
there was many weird occurrences in and around the
house since the man went missing. Little does young
Amy know that the psycho that is thought to be
missing, is still living at the house.
5. Characters
• Amy, a young 14 year old girl.
• Lucifer, the psychopath killer.
6. Who we want to be in our
film.
• We would want Crispin Glover to be in our film
because he’s a very scary man and he plays a
scary man in most of the films that he’s in, therefore
he would be a very believable character.
8. Initial Ideas
• Horror
• Set in an old mans house
• Starts with different shots of conventions of horror,
e.g. children's dolls, old rocking chair etc.
• Nice sunny day to make audience feel like the old
man is nice.
9. Story Line
• The story of an old, quiet man who lives on his own,
he doesn’t have any friends or any family. This man
seems like a nice person to the neighbours, yet little
do they know that this man is a psychopath who
keeps tied up victims in his basement. Throughout
this film we will see the different people that have
affected this old man, making him do the things
that he does.
11. Initial Ideas
• Horror
• Boy being bullied at school
• Psychopath killer child
• Multiple innocent deaths
• Revenge
• Title ideas – “A Boy Named Billy”
12. Story Line
• This is the film we have chosen to do. It is about a
boy named Billy who is a sixteen year old school
boy who has been suffering from bullying since he
was the age of eight. He hated going to school
everyday and just couldn't wait to get home, he
never told anyone, not even his parents. Billy was
starting his GCSE's in the next upcoming months and
was struggling coping with the stress, the stress of his
exams, and the upset of him being bullied was too
overwhelming and he lost his mind. He then goes
out and kills the people that ruined his life.

• 16 years old
• Evil inside
• Crazy minded
• ‘The Irritating Guy’
• Harry

• ‘The bully’
• Gets killed off at the start
14. Setting

• Match on match action
• Long shots
16. Sound
• Diegetic sounds:
• Speech
• Non-Diegetic sounds:
• Sound effects
• Music – (will gradually increase pace and volume
of music to increase tension)
17. The Unique Selling Point
of our film
• Builds up high tension throughout the film
• Lots of conventions of horror e.g. Blood and Gory
scenes
• Mysterious plot
• Good story line
• Flashbacks
19. Who we would like to be
in our film
• The person who I would have liked to be in our film is
Jesse Plemons as he played a great role as a bully
in the film ‘Like Mike’ although he is too old now, to
play a 16 year old boy in our film.
20. Who we want our director
to be.
• James Cameron is one of the best directors in the
world and has directed some amazing films,
therefore we would like to have him direct our film.
