TASK 6
This theme would include
one main image of a
homeless person in black
and white with a dirty and
punchy looking header,
with the rest of the font
being Helvetica making
the important information
easy to read. The colours
will be mostly black and
grey, giving the product an
unhappy feel. The writing
could possibly be in red to
connote a sense of
urgency. The SASH logo
will be quite small near the
bottom of the product, and
to make it stand out some
more I could use
Photoshop to insert some
of the same shade of
green subtly into the
image I use so that it
promotes the charity more.
The theme of this product could come
from a more positive perspective of
including images of people who have
been helped by the charity and are looking
happy. The colour scheme would be bold,
colourful and cheery to mimic the positive
message. The main message would be in
a friendly, informal front connoting a laid
back feeling, this again will match with the
positive theme of the product.
Included would be the
SASH logo as well,
however in this particular
theme I think it would be
appropriate to have it quite
large as the product will be
bold and eye-catching so it
will be important to have
the charity well featured in
the product.
TASK 6
The image to text ratio
will be even.
TASK 6
The design of this product could be
much more stylised. The main image
could have a face of a young person
made up of two halves, with one side
looking happy and healthy, and the
other looking unwell and dirty
(homeless). This would represent both
what the charity is trying to prevent
and what the charity can achieve. The
colour scheme will be simply black and
white as well as the image being black
and white, this will add to the stylised
theme of the product. There will not be
a lot of copy within this product as the
main aim will be for the image to send
a message out to the consumer. The
font that could be used could be
simple, square, harsh however easy to
read. This will look in contrast to the
stylised theme of the rest of the
product. The SASH logo will be in full
colour and smaller then placed in the
bottom corner of the product. There
will be little information given on this
product, a tag line could be present
and contact details for the charity
could also be at the bottom next to the
SASH logo.
