If you find yourself craving for more
food after you finish each meal, yet
your weight are increasing against
your will, consider changing your
eating habits. The most important
thing is to lower the amount of food in
each meal that is calorie dense. This
means food that gives your body a lot
of calories per gram, such as potato
chips and peanut butter. You can eat
more food that is not calorie dense
like fruits and vegetables, making you
full easier with less calorie intake.
When your daily calorie intake is
lower than your daily used calories,
your weight will steadily decrease.

want to lose your weight, you should

least 800 calories per a day. There
are many kinds of low calorie food;
for example, a banana with 120
calories, a boiled eggs with 80
calories, a spoon of jam with 20
calories, 100 grams of pumpkin with
