What is Clean Diet? (How to 
Eat Clean Diet) 
Clean diet is a healthy meal made 
from whole foods (real foods) and 
healthy sources of fats. The concept 
of eating clean is consuming less 
processed foods and foods in its 
most natural state as much as 
possible. The idea of most natural 
state food is to stay away from 
anything that people have altered. 
For example, they will eat whole 
wheat instead of white bread. People 
who consume clean foods will avoid 
eating all of the junk foods and 
processed foods of all kinds. Clean 
eating will give you more healthier 
and beautiful skin. 
Therefore, eating natural foods and 
limiting processed foods are the ways 
of people using in clean diet.

Workout 
To build a perfect body, working out 
is the most important thing you must 
concentrate on. Before start working 
out, you should set a goal. You must 
know that what you want from 
workout. A clear goal can help you to 
manage your time for working out, 
and it also helps you find useful 
information for you. To avoid injuries 
from workout, you should know how 
to work out correctly. Do not workout 
with wrong postures, it can harm your 
body. You can find the workout tips 
from the internet or ask the fitness 
trainer.

How not to eat over the daily 
calorie intake. 
If you find yourself craving for more 
food after you finish each meal, yet 
your weight are increasing against 
your will, consider changing your 
eating habits. The most important 
thing is to lower the amount of food in 
each meal that is calorie dense. This 
means food that gives your body a lot 
of calories per gram, such as potato 
chips and peanut butter. You can eat 
more food that is not calorie dense 
like fruits and vegetables, making you 
full easier with less calorie intake. 
When your daily calorie intake is 
lower than your daily used calories, 
your weight will steadily decrease.

How to control your diet for 
weight loss. 
To lose your weight with good health, 
you should know how many calories 
your body need per a day and eat 
foods with calories under your body's 
needs. Normally, people needs 1200- 
1500 calories per a day, but if you 
want to lose your weight, you should 
eat low calorie foods to get calories 
under your body's needs per a day. 
Good health and well-being 
However, your body should get at 
least 800 calories per a day. There 
are many kinds of low calorie food; 
for example, a banana with 120 
calories, a boiled eggs with 80 
calories, a spoon of jam with 20 
calories, 100 grams of pumpkin with 
25 calories and etc. Thus, let's start 
controlling your diet to get the good 
shape!
