Over the summer holidays,
Autumn Term 2008 Lucy James (4CP) and Emily James
Parents Evening: (1B) took home our tomato,
cucumber and onion sets. Not only

Children return to school: Onions Competition — Peel back the layers of your cookery book!
Tuesday 4th November 2008 Mrs Coleman and Mrs McCarthy are running a competition for the most unusual and
delicious recipe for onions. The winner of the competition will receive our very own
Quiz Night: Friday 14th ‘Norwood Onions’. Children, parents, grandparents and staff can enter. The closing
November. date is Friday 17th October.

November 6-8 pm. Week 1 Week 2 This is our library rota. Next week

‘Shinewaves’ Radio Competitions

the competition is to find the biggest conker. Post your conker,

2. Mad about Maths
On the run up to SATs, Mrs Coleman will be delivering a series of Maths booster Dates for your Diary
sessions for Year 6 children.
Summer Term 2009
These sessions will take place on a Wednesday afternoon from 3:15 till 4:15pm. All
children will be given an opportunity to attend throughout the year. For those Children return to school:

Netball Trials
