In my opinion, the stars represent all the successes and happiness that love can bring a couple.
However, many relationships go through a lot of struggles that can be seen by the darkness of the
sky. The lyrics are also straightforward and easy to follow. They leave the listener to think about
what they believe is the true meaning of love. Hearing this song will forever remind me of my
parents love for each other and that is something that is special to me.
The way the Beatles wrote their music was interesting. The song itself is in F# minor until the
acoustic guitar solo in the middle of the song by Harrison, which is when it switches over to G
minor (The Beatles Bible). I believe that the solo portion of the song is the best part. This portion of
the song is more like a transitional period, as George Harrison does a good job of using relaxing
tones. Harrison also plays the claves in the background of the song that serve as something similar
to a metronome to keep the rhythm constant in the song. Due to the song's simplicity and beauty, it
is no surprise that the tempo is slower. If the song were any faster, the message would be more

their own to keep selling albums. Two very popular bands that went through a transformation was
the Beach Boys and the Beatles. I bring up these two well–known bands because I believe that they
played a key role in the transformation of rock and roll. Rock and roll would not be the same today
without these two remarkable bands. Between the Beach Boys and the Beatles, I guess someone
could say that there was a little bit of friction. This was because when the Beach Boys debuted in

directly "Shazam"ed it and looked it up, I was hooked. Not merely by the beat of the song but by its

Some day I decided to listen to it again, so as if my attachment to this song wasn't enough, the video

Even if it's for a minute or two, we begin to wonder about what other people might be doing at this
instant and I find this quite intriguing with the seven and a half billion different lives.
My favorite part of the video was when the elderly man letting go of his stunning horse that he had
substantial affection towards. This very moving scene shows how sometimes you need to let things
go because you love them. This video was abundant with meaning and emotion and I was very
touched by it.
Zedd being the producer and author of this song, his EDM (Electronic Dance Music) Style is
repeated in all of his songs. Beautiful Now clearly stands out of all of his songs on the meaning
level. Other are more concentrated on the melody.
Another thing I really liked is how at the beat drop (minute 1:30) which is normally the best and
most satisfying part of an EDM song, is where the 'happy' moments start to follow, creating this
'uplifting' and 'ambitious' mood.
I would recommend this song to practically everyone, especially the ones that are going through

For my second concert report I thought that I would write about my only experience hearing songs
of the Beatles live. The Rib America Festival was hosted by The Beatles Live Repertoire. The group
dressed exactly like the Beatles, even had the same names, John, Paul, George, and Ringo. I had
never heard any Beatles songs live before, so that was enough to get me off my butt. Not to mention,
it was free entertainment, not a bad time at all.

Especially the age difference. There were old people, middle aged, teenagers and even little kids.
There was this one woman that stuck out like a sore thumb. She was just going crazy with the
dancing, and was just singing out every lyric to every song. But what was more impressing,
(especially since her dancing wasn't) here kids that couldn't have been any older than 9 or 10, were
also singing every lyric. They were singing songs that I had never even heard.
Anyway, "Can't buy me love", "Help", and " Yesterday" were the next songs played. "Can't buy me
love", "Help", were mediocre, but "Yesterday" was impressive. I have always liked that song, and it
was good to hear it live. Not to mention, the band players were very good with their instruments. "A
ticket to Ride", and "She loves You", were to follow. The festival was being sponsored by 104.5 fm,
and the DJ from 104.5 named Bruce something or other, stepped in and played drums on "She loves
You". He said that he had always wanted to play with the Beatles, and what an honor it was to be
able to do this. And I'm not doubting his enthusiasm, but, I think that the whole thing was rigged.
The next song was the last song before the band took their one and only break of the night. Very
impressive, that this band is putting on a show like they were getting $20/ ticket. They played for
about an hour and a quarter before taking the break.

very easy to project the pictures of the song into the mind. Imagery is shown by lines such as
"cellophane flowers of yellow and green" and "marmalade skies" these lines give the listener a sense
of being there, and being able to see what the composer has portrayed in the song.
The second person technique combined with the technique of imagery, created by alliteration,
"tangerine trees" and "plasticine porters" which helps the description stand out, and adjectives such
as "newspaper taxis".
There are some techniques that are harder to find, and be easily looked–over. This is shown in the
starting line of each verse is innocent and would maybe appeal to a child's mind. For example the
"newspaper taxis" appearing on the shore could refer to paper boats appearing on the shore.

listener is told to "look for the girl with the sun in her eyes" who appears difficult to find. Not until
the end of the song and, the end of the journey, the "girl with kaleidoscope eyes" is found. It seems
