To Breath and be Beautiful

1. Breathing Beauty
Breathing: In the guiding light we have be held you in love. It’s strong and there any time you need it. You must
simply whisper to us and ask to be guided or for help. You are wanting to know about breathing. The block is your
belief that the air flow is some how obstructed. Imagine those particles being lifted out of the body and into the
earth. Say a prayer and love that it is done. The light will flow through sweeping away any other blockages left
behind.
Beauty: The energy of beauty is how it is perceived. If the persevere is flowing the beauty energy then it translate
into such. Gather as much beauty as you can in your lower solar plexus let its simmer and grow there. Love it like a
new transformation. When it is ready to hatch into the face you desire it will come out in its time. Let it set forth a
few days. Love it. Gather more when ever you feel the need. But.. Know that it is done and all that you really want is
already there. The birth day- allow the light beauty energy to cover and bath in its love.
