• Prospect One: A client facing application that allows users to create new queries, access saved

• A cloud-based data monetization tool for PI’s healthcare marketers to access, segment, analyze, and

• Counts Portal/Tool: The portal enables Quotes team to generate quotes/enquiries as part of the quoting
process without assistance of the Data Operations team. On an average, currently the Quotes team
retrieves 225 records each week available through self-service, each with an average of 4-5 filtering
options.
• Predictive Dialer: Used for automatic dialing of calls to the customers and as soon as they pick the call,
it transfers to one of the PI users while the call data and feedback is automatically updated.
