Dynamics 365 CRM Support Services
Our support services included:
• Modified the existing Travel plan entity by optimizing the form, replacing Kendo UI grid with HTML
grid, managing the check-in and check-out of the salespeople who visits the dealer, and maintaining
the records in the Appointment entity of CRM.
• Integrated CRM with ArcGIS map for viewing location details of business partners, retailers, and
dealers.
• Managing the user approval process, where any new user created gets approved by the
management and is assigned a Customer Account Number (CAN), and any changes in the profile
are reflected automatically.
• CRM integration with Dynamics AX 2012 R2. The integration was CRM to AX where all updates
were mapped from CRM to AX, including creating and updating user accounts.
• Also integrated CRM Case entity with dealer management system, where with any new ticket raised
in dealer management system, a new case is created in CRM by the customer service team.
Chatting feature is also implemented in the dealer management system which is again managed
through CRM.
