HOW TO INCREASE YOUR SELF-ESTEEM
THERE IS NO NEED TO DEFEND YOURSELF
DON’T DEFEND YOURSELF
 When you know what you are doing is the
correct thing for you and your life you do
not need to explain or defend yourself
when someone disagrees with you.
 However, when you defend yourself for
something that you know is right for you
because someone else disagrees with
you, then you are lowering your self-worth
and self-esteem.
NO NEED TO EXPLAIN
 Remember that you do not need to prove
anything or impress anyone.
 If people disagree with you, that is their
choice and it is their responsibility to deal
with it, and not yours.
 Do not waste your time trying to explain or
prove to others what you believe is right
for you if they disagree.
ACCEPTING DISAGREEMENTS
 Remember, not everyone will agree
with you; each person is different,
and that means each of us can
believe in different things.
 When other people disagree with
you it does not mean you are wrong.
