2. DON’T DEFEND YOURSELF
When you know what you are doing is the
correct thing for you and your life you do
not need to explain or defend yourself
when someone disagrees with you.
However, when you defend yourself for
something that you know is right for you
because someone else disagrees with
you, then you are lowering your self-worth
and self-esteem.
3. NO NEED TO EXPLAIN
Remember that you do not need to prove
anything or impress anyone.
If people disagree with you, that is their
choice and it is their responsibility to deal
with it, and not yours.
Do not waste your time trying to explain or
prove to others what you believe is right
for you if they disagree.
4. ACCEPTING DISAGREEMENTS
Remember, not everyone will agree
with you; each person is different,
and that means each of us can
believe in different things.
When other people disagree with
you it does not mean you are wrong.
