are very often miles away from what we might be

We should validate and acknowledge ourself.
We need to learn to give same level of suppport to ourselves
that we offer to thers.
We turn off our inner critic.
We should listen to ourself.

• Person with high self esteem is more believable,
he is more likely to be involved in profitable
ventures
• Often it comes along with elevated trust
because the opposite party is often insecure
and self esteem is self assuring
