Brief description of the project:
Credit Systems provides Processes for applying and approving loans and credits,
Legally compliant credit processes Managing weak customers and customers who

b) Collaterals(COLL)
c) Reminders
d) Verifications
e) Lending Authorities
The Application system is part of Credit systems where Advisor creates an
application for processing loans and credits. Appliation will be approved based on
customer credit exposure and confirming credit risks.
The Collateral System is a part of Credit Systems and is a Group wide System used
to record the collaterals a customer is placing as security for a given facility. A facility
can be a Bank loan, a Currency loan. The facility is an expression of a deal between
3. the bank and its customer. As the bank is typically faced with a business risk, the
customer must provide collateral security, i.e., if the bank suffers a loss in
connection with the deal, the loss can be covered by the objects offered by the
customer as collateral security. In Collateral system the information regarding the
Collateral (also called the Agreement), the Customer, the facility, and the object are
registered.
Reminder system also part of Credit management where the Bank will send reminder

Brief description of the project:
Flight Reconciliation(FR) is a system which is considered as the first stage of revenue
generation in Qantas. This mainly deals with the reconciliation of passengers who are
of revenue to Qantas. The SLA for reconciliation is 6th day from the day of travel so
that the revenue is accumulated in Qantas accounts sooner. FR receives data feed
from many upstreams like Amadeus - which is the main source of all the ticketing
details including electronic ticketing details, CDW(Corporate Data warehouse) -
which is the source of reservation data, Check-in Management(CM) - which is the
source of check-in data from all the on-line ports. With data from various sources, FR
has to load these feeds appropriately and reconcile the passengers which are of
revenue generation to Qantas. This manifest is sent to Navitaire, a system which
credits the money to Qantas. The sooner the data in FR is reconciled, the sooner
Qantas would receive its funds. Not only funds, this reconciled data is used by
various downstream applications for various purposes. Major downstreams are Flight
Costing(FC), Traffic Stats(TS), Customer management Information(CMI), Capacity
Hire(CH) etc.,
