ACCESS application, the application to support NCI business operations. NCI-Nationwide Credit Inc. The
main aim of the project was to recovery the unsecured loan from non payers. This was achieved by
different business process involving Collection activity of sending IDL, making calls which are involved as
collector activity sending follow up letters, reminder letters; keep record of the collector activity and
finally the recovery of the payment from the debtors.
