Project Description:
TRADE GATEWAY(TGW) is message routing and data transformation processing engine.
The Trade Gateway runs on mainframe using MQ Series Integrator v5.01 (MQSI)
software. Trade Gateway is part of ANZ TRADE FINANCE infrastructure. Trade Gateway
will not run in isolation, and has connection to various ANZ Back Office systems and OTL
systems. Trade Gateway act as bridge between the Object Trade Line(OTL) and ANZ
Systems. All message received from OTL and sent to OTL are in XML format, TGW
process the message and transform the message format suitable for the destination
system.

Project Description:
The Custody Management System (CMS) is an on-line, real-time, multicurrency portfolio
accounting and general ledger system. CMS is handling the corporate actions, calculating
the holdings for the clients, managing various securities and providing details for the
proxy. It supports all asset types, domestic and multicurrency portfolios in any client
base currency, flexible accounting methods and client specific policies. It services daily
and monthly valuations and weekly, semi-monthly and monthly closings.
CMS Assets is a sub-system of CMS. Clients buy and sell securities from different
countries to diversify their portfolios. CMS tracks the movement of securities and
currency in any currency. The system maintains balances by account, currency, location
and principal vs. income.

issues which surround the price calculation and NAV dissemination processes within
EMEA fund accounting. Currently to support supplemental price calculation and NAV
dissemination within EMEA, the business follows the system like Eden, Fusion, Fission,
NOD and UDT’s. BIA Equinox project has been able to develop the functionality required
to support the receipt of daily capital transactions from each of the relevant transfer
agents and the subsequent translation and processing of those transactions onto Invest
One for the purposes of calculating the next day’s NAV. Also, BIA has developed an
interim process to use Command Console (front end) as a sole point of fund and share
class data maintenance.
