JOB PROFILE/ CURRENT JOB PROFILE :-
Preparation of DLR:-
 Calculate and report the total no. of Labours assigned for the Project (In house + Supply + Sub-
contractor)
 Calculate the total present and absent labours on a daily basis.
 Trade wise categorization of the labours on a daily basis.
 Prepare the Total daily labour report in prescribed format containing the following
information:
(a )Present labours (day and night shift)
(b)Absent labours (day and night shift)
(c) Day and night worked for the previous day.
 Submitting the DLR to P.M, C.M, Planning, Quantity Surveyor & Resource Department.
Comparison of DLR with Site Labour allocation Report:-
 Site labour allocation reports are collected from the Q.S.
 DLR manpower is compared with the Consolidated Site labour allocation reports. Category
wise comparison is also done for checking.
 Any discrepancy observed is once again checked at site and corrected.
Labour records Maintenance /oversee and others:-
 Checking labour uniform at site on daily basis.
 Maintaining the small note book at Site.
 Maintaining the Productivity board for target & achieved quantity of works on daily basis.
 Maintenance of workers attendance registers.
 Display absentees list in Notice board before 9.00 am.
 Maintain register of Incoming & Outgoing workers.
 Nominate the best worker based on productivity and Quality & Safety in consultation with CM
 Updating workers posting status in ERP.
 Card closing for the workers going on vacation & cancellation.
 Submit Manday’s for In Houes, labour Supply & Sub Contractor Report to Site Quantity
Surveyors and Resource Department on monthly basis.
 Updating in ERP on daily basis, the labours on sick leave.
 Arranging transport for our Labours (both day and night shift).
 Maintain labour supply time sheets and give approvalfor payments and forward to QS.
Additional Responsibilities performed at Site:-
 Vehicle & Food arrangements for Day shift & Night shift labours & staff.
 Co-ordinate with HR Department for arranging the work permit card, insurance card & ATM
card for labours &staffs.
 Accommodation arrangement for site staff, subcontractor’s staff & labours.
 Inform transfer of workers to labour camp, transport,resource dept, personneldept.
 Before transferring of the worker, make sure they have returned all the tools in site store do
the same procedure card closed workers also.
Technical & computer qualification’s
 MS - office
 Having a good typing speed of 40 wpm.
 Practical knowledge in Photoshop 7.0
