JOB DESCRIPTION:
Human Resources:
• Preparing pay roll for over 500 employees.
• Prepare final settlement for the employees resigned or terminated.
• Recruiting new employees as per requirement from various departments and responsible for their mobilization.
• Issuance of cash advance to all new recruits for their initial adjustment to the company and country.
• Actively involved in escalating the process of performance appraisals to various managers to analyse the employee’s
performance and capabilities.
• Supporting HR personnel for implementing new policies and procedures.
• Provide response to general HR enquiries verbal or written.
• Meeting and approaching the heads with requirements on improving the flow of work as per daily schedule.
• Prepare documents for visa & coordinate with the PRO & keeping a keen track on employee’s expiry & renewal of
visas, labour cards etc.
• Prepare payments when employees due for vacation & coordinate with finance dept. for the payments.
• Taking care of employee transfer from one site/department to another.
• Resolving employee grievances on various sites all over Abu Dhabi which includes projects of Sadiyaat Island &Yas
Island consisting of more than 3000 employees.
• Coordinating with the Finance to resolve the payment issues of the employees.
Administration:
• In charge of four labour camps consisting of over 800 employees including sub-contractors & manpower suppliers.
• Arranging drivers for various department of head office.
• Coordinating with various departments & booking tickets for employees going on vacation & for business travels.
• Making hotel reservation for VIP guests & consultants.
• Responsible for over 2500 employees from manpower supplies from different suppliers in different projects of the
company which includes mobilization, demobilization, transportation, food, accommodation, communication, etc.
• Managing Time keepers around the site & allocating time keepers to designated areas to inspect their attendance.
• Verifying invoices of all manpower suppliers as per their contracted rates and days of working.
• Dealing with all operation teams distributed manpower supplier’s employees attendance sheets and cross verification
with their supervisors and foreman’s on daily bases.
• Meeting and approaching the heads with requirements on improving the flow of work as per daily schedule.
