JOB DESCRIPTION:
Human Resources:
• Preparing pay roll for over 500 employees.
• Prepare final settlement for the employees resigned or terminated.
• Recruiting new employees as per requirement from various departments and responsible for their mobilization.
• Issuance of cash advance to all new recruits for their initial adjustment to the company and country.
• Actively involved in escalating the process of performance appraisals to various managers to analyse the employee’s
performance and capabilities.
• Supporting HR personnel for implementing new policies and procedures.
• Provide response to general HR enquiries verbal or written.

• Responsible for over 2500 employees from manpower supplies from different suppliers in different projects of the
company which includes mobilization, demobilization, transportation, food, accommodation, communication, etc.
• Managing Time keepers around the site & allocating time keepers to designated areas to inspect their attendance.
• Verifying invoices of all manpower suppliers as per their contracted rates and days of working.
• Dealing with all operation teams distributed manpower supplier’s employees attendance sheets and cross verification
with their supervisors and foreman’s on daily bases.
