3. WHAT IS THE GENRE?
The genre of our film is
a drama, and I think
that it is quite obvious
from the film that this
is what it is because
there is a lot of
dramatic scenes which
occur.
•In the feedback we got
100% feedback saying
that it was a drama.
Therefore this shows that
we have shown the genre
in the correct way just in
the opening scene. I am
really impressed with this.
5. WOULD YOU WATCH THE REST OF
THIS FILM?
We chose to ask this
question because we
were interested to see if
people thought the
introduction of the film
was interesting enough
to the audience for
them to continue to
watch the rest of the
film.
In the feedback, we once again had 100%
positive feedback. The main reasons
which we had for people saying that they
would watch on were:
• “I would want to know what happens
next”, “There is a mystery”, “Cliff
hanger” this shows that there are good
enigma codes.
•“It was interesting”, “captivating”,
“intriguing” this shows that the film is
good and gets peoples attention.
7. OVERALL RATING OUT OF TEN?
For this we asked all of the volunteers to rate
our overall film out of ten to get an opinion
on what they thought of the film altogether.
We had very, very good feedback within this
topic and the results went from the lowest
score of 7 to the highest score of 10. Two of
the results actually hit 10/10, which we were
really impressed with.
9. WOULD YOU PAY TO WATCH THIS
FILM?
We asked this question
because we thought it
was important to not
only see if people
would watch it but also
if people would be
happy to pay to watch
the film.
In the feedback the feedback was
very good. 80% of the people
who filled out the feedback sheet
said yes to that they would watch
the film. 10% said that they might
maybe watch the film and
another 10% said that it depends
on how much the film costs to
watch. Therefore I think that the
feedback to this is pretty good.
11. WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THIS
FILM?
We asked this question
to see whether or not
people would actually
recommend this film or
whether they do not
think it is good enough
to recommend it to
others.
All of the feedback gave
positive answers – yes and
some of the reasons for this
were:
• “The story is interesting”
• “People enjoy dramatical
films”
• “Story is interesting”
13. WHO DO YOU THINK THE TARGET
AUDIENCE WOULD BE?
We asked who the
audience was to see
whether this audience
thought that it was
right for their age
range.
The feedback all said that they
would expect the film to be for
the teenager range. It ranged
from being 12+, to being
young adults. This is good
because they are our secondary
target audience and therefore
we want to make sure that
they’d be interested in seeing
14. WHO DO YOU THINK THE TARGET
AUDIENCE WOULD BE?
15. DID YOU UNDERSTAND THE FILM?
Seeing as quite a lot
goes on in just the
opening scene we had
to make sure that it was
actually understandable
and that people were
not getting confused.
80% of the watchers said that they did
understand the film, however 10%
said that they thought it was a bit
confusing – but this would make them
want to watch more and 10% said that
they did not understand the film
because they did not know what had
happened – but obviously this would
be shown in the rest of the film as it is
just the build up in the beginning clip.
17. WHAT DID YOU LIKE ABOUT THE
FILM?
We asked everybody to
fill out what they liked
about the film and write
a short bit about it.
Two people said that they liked
the story line which I was really
impressed with because this
means that they mustn’t of
thought it was too confusing. It
was also said that it was
captivating and had good tense
and the build up is good, as well
as the drama. This is good and
we purposely tried to do all of
