Client realized the need of culture shift from the top down to develop a high-
performing team environment. The long-term strategy incorporated
measurements that would assess progress as various initiatives were rolled out.
In partnership with the client we then proposed to design and roll out our
experiential approach which explores the organization's capabilities through
action-reflection, feedback and coaching. While we partnered with the client to
ensure all of our experiences are tailored to meet the unique needs of the
organization, and then we collaborated with the organization to building a
program from scratch. Our team directly worked with the client to create
