Euphoria is a software development company located in the western part of an unnamed country that develops services and solutions for customers globally. The company was approached by a client experiencing difficulties growing in finance, geography, and human resources. Euphoria designed an intensive roadmap to study the client's organization and roll out a strategic growth plan, including looking at people, policies, practices, and finances at a macro level.
