provides wide range of services and solutions catering to the varying
demands of its customers around the globe.
The company is around 3 years old and located in the western part
the country.
Client was experiencing the dearth to grow in totality from finance /
geography / people.
Euphoria was approached to study the organization, design and roll
out an entire growth plan strategically. Also from the HR perspective,
the process included looking into people, policies, practices and
finance all together looking it at a macro level.
