Euphoria is a rapidly growing software development company located in the western part of an unnamed country that provides a wide range of services and solutions to customers around the globe. The company was approached by a client experiencing difficulties growing in terms of finance, geography, and personnel to design and implement a strategic growth plan. Euphoria studied the client's organization and designed an intensive roadmap that included strategic guidance, training processes, leadership coaching, and handling HR processes to help the client grow holistically by aligning policies with business goals, energizing staff, and increasing role ownership.
