 Work while deepen on company by understand organizational structure, business
operation and administrative function
 Exposing students to the effective management
 Cultivate spirit trust and responsibility.
 Open job opportunities to students.
 Link theory to practical vice versa.
 Bail practical experience related to field learning taken

3. INDUSTRIAL TRAINING SCOPE
 Give opportunity to students to apply knowledge and skill
that learned.
 Get practice exposure work inside respective fields.
 Students can become trainee to organization that chosen or
act as consultant to small and medium companies.
 Each assignment should be consolidated so that supervisors
and managers to assess students ability in handling a given
tasks.
 Discussions to address the problem to be solved

4. BENEFITS OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING
• Student able independent by know challenge of the outside world
and meet persons that around them.
• Develop talent and students' interest on every assignment that were
in give by supervisor or staff in company.
• Mature life and student's thinking in undergo period during industry
training.
• Can make self personality and appearance direction 's students that
more positive that they brisker when working later
• Know and learn more detailed further how something the job
implemented systematically and how to do the problems which
arose.

5. COMPANY BACKGROUND
Multimedia College Eastern
 Multimedia College Eastern is located in TM Training building, Kompleks TM
Medan Jaya, Rusila , Marang, Terengganu.
 The departments are divided into 9 department
 Under marketing group the department are Consumer Sales, Small Medium
Enterprise, Government and TM Point group which is the most important that
responsible about the company’s profit.
 Under support group, the departments including Business Research and
Development (BRD), Finance, Human Resources which handle staff welfare.

How to manage the academic form
How to update the data
How to speak well with customers
How to photocopy using the photocopy machine
How to scan a document
How to send, and received fax using facsimile
machine

7. ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTANGES DURING INDUSTRIAL

ADVANTANGES
• Can learn a little bit about management with staff in the office
• Can interact with all staff during the office hour.
• Disciplining myself to be more innovative and punctual of doing
work
• Can work as a team together with staff
