When it comes to a person's characteristics, preferences, and beliefs it can be hard to make the distinction between the three. Not only that, but
when asked a simple question: "What are some of your defining characteristics?" It's so easy to just draw a blank. It may not even be that you
don't want to brag, it's hard to talk about things like that on the spot. Almost as if you were asked, "What's your favorite movie and you've
suddenly forgotten every movie you've ever seen. In other words, self reflection is difficult. Namely, making a distinction between the different
aspects that make up who you are as a person. However, when asked about some of my defining characteristics I would say what makes me stand
out is my personality and intelligence. I don't necessarily have any skills like doing a backflip, or being able to juggle, or anything like that. But I do
have a quick wit and a sharp tongue at times, which I've learned to embrace. A lot of people think I'm funny, although I find myself laughing at my

I do not think that there is a single person out there in the world like what I stated above because someone could be good in one area, but lack in
another area and such.
I sincerely believe that I have characteristics of a good leader, although some of them could be different from the more conventional ones. For

In the Book The hunger games Katniss Everdeen faces overwhelming adversity when she finds herself found in the clutches of the capital stuck in the
hunger games. Katniss is able to overcome this adversity by having strong characteristics like her intelligence, resourcefulness and being courageous,

These are some of the cautions that were revealed through this assessment for me: The advice characteristics shows a desire to seek considerable
amounts of advice. This was a known for me and it was born out of a need to do things right without error, and trying to make sure that I do not
fail. I have learned that when trying to succeed and accomplish goals, there will be times of failure. This is the way that people learn and improve.
If you are in a position, where you can get feedback to help you realize your mistakes. Feedback is also important in that regard to incorporate

of my methods of operation, I will have to practice making decisions on the fly, in order to become more comfortable making decisions without

present article, an attempt is made to present an overview of the way the progression of the discipline took place in different parts of the Arab countries.
Additionally, we will attempt to define the main characteristics the discipline has been developing (differentially) in the course of that progression. We
will conclude by underlining growth trends expected to flourish in the near future, highlighting at the same time conditions that would be congenial to
a sound growth of the discipline.
Modern Psychology in Egypt
Egypt was the main gateway through which modern psychology was introduced and practiced in the Arab countries. This occurred around the
beginning of the twentieth century and was accompanied by the establishment of the first secular university in 1908 (then named The Egyptian
University) (Rizk, 1998). The founding of the university was itself part of a broad sociopolitical movement ignited by an uprising of national feelings

Max Weber is a german sociologist that created a set of characteristics of rational social organizations and bureaucracy as a way to analyze and
measure organizations. The organization that will be applied to these sets of characteristics will be the Target company. First, will be the five
characteristics of bureaucracy and how it appears through the Target company. The firstcharacteristic of bureaucracies is a hierarchy. Target's chain of
command in each store has the store team leader as the highest position that is followed by executive team leaders, team leaders, and then team
members. Assets Protection, human resources, and property management technicians could typically be considered above team members and below
the team leaders. The second characteristic is a division of labor. Each Target location is separated into different departments with specific
responsibilities and specialties. There is beauty, sales floor, assets protection, price and presentation, food service, food and beverage, logistics, front
of the store, and human resources. A few of these departments break down to even more specific jobs. Sales floor is divided into softlines (clothes),
hardlines, and electronics. Food service is broken into Starbucks and the Target Cafe. Now team members must train in other departments of the store
