1. RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
POSITION:
To assist the Program Director in implementation of strategic and programmatic planning.
Ensures that recruitment program is operated in an effective manner and all contractual
obligations are met.
RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Assist in recruitment of potential family child care providers.
2. Assist in conducting orientation/pre-certification meetings.
3. Process family child care provider applications.
4. Perform initial home studies and interviews with potential family child care providers.
5. Manage provider Lending Library.
6. Assist Home Recruitment Coordinator in family child care provider retention activities.
7. Perform all receptionist duties, i.e. phones, typing, filing, generating reports.
8. Inform the public on the telephone and in person about the agency’s programs.
9. Attend staff meetings and training, including occasional overnight travel on request.
10. Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Bilingual and writing skills required (English/Spanish).
• Must be experienced with computer software including Microsoft Word.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 50 WPM.
• Must possess verbal skills adequate to present information to the public clearly.
Must have a vehicle with minimum insurance required by Arizona law.
BENEFITS: 7 ½ hours vacation leave per month; 7 ½ hours sick leave per month; 22 ½ hours
