Welfare Operations. You will make a difference by helping vulnerable children and

accountability and continuous improvement.
What can I expect to do in this role?
As a key member of the senior management team, you will:
⢠Lead and direct oversight of child welfare delivery agencies (Children's Aid
Societies) including performance measurement and management.
⢠Provide business owner leadership of the Child Protection Information Network â
a new I&IT system to track and ensure children and youth entering or leaving the
child welfare system have a single record no matter where they live in Ontario.
⢠Improve service system management and outcomes for children and youth by
working effectively with regional offices, helping to implement policy priorities, and
in using data, analytics, and business intelligence to inform current and future
program and service system needs.
⢠Build and use stakeholder networks to ensure both an individual and sector-wide
approach to relationship management, an inclusive advisory process, and to
support and influence an expansive range of partners and stakeholders to effect
improved system and client outcomes and support transformation.
⢠Lead a process to strengthen the culture of accountability for service delivery
partners through performance monitoring and a continuous performance
improvement environment.
⢠Foster and promote a productive team environment, a culture of service
excellence, and create an inclusive, diverse, equitable and accessible work place.

transfer payment sector.
Communication and Stakeholder Relations
⢠You have experience engaging and negotiating with a diverse range of
stakeholders and partners including Aboriginal leaders to communicate, influence,
facilitate solutions and have built consensus across a broad spectrum of interests
and issues.
⢠You have superior political acuity with success in managing issues and mitigating
risks on day to day issues as well as leading change and transformation.
