4. 2. MEDICAL CONDITION/EXCUSES
Any medical excuse for an extended period of
time must be obtained from a doctor. Students will
show the doctor’s note to their teacher, who will
then sign the note and send it to the school nurse
for student’s medical record. The student will then
be assigned to a different kind of activity to
compensate the missed activities done.
