2. MEDICAL CONDITION/EXCUSES
Any medical excuse for an extended period of
time must be obtained from a doctor. Students will
show the doctor’s note to their teacher, who will
then sign the note and send it to the school nurse
for student’s medical record. The student will then
be assigned to a different kind of activity to
compensate the missed activities done.
3. GRADING SYSTEM
WRITTEN WORKS – 25%
QUARTERLY EXAM – 25 %
PERFORMANCE TASKS – 50%
1. Do not come to class late.
2. Wear proper pe uniform during classes.
3. Do not talk if unnecessary.
4. Avoid roaming around the classroom as the
classes started.

Directions:
1. On a ¼ sheet of paper, students will write their expectations of the
following:

ACTIVITY 3: GAME OF LIES
Mechanics:
1. Write three facts about your skills and talent. (The facts should revolve on the subject
MAPEH)
2.Your name will be called and you will sit on the seat of lies where you will
say one lie. (Opposite of the truth you wrote on your paper)
3. One student will be called to decide whether you are telling the truth or a
lie.
4. If the student’s answer is correct, you will perform what you wrote on
your paper. If s/he got it wrong, s/he will do the action as a consequence.

Students will show the doctor’s note to their teacher, who will then sign the note and send it to the school nurse for student’s medical record. The student will then be assigned to a different kind of activity to compensate the missed activities done.
  • 5. 3. GRADING SYSTEM WRITTEN WORKS – 25% QUARTERLY EXAM – 25 % PERFORMANCE TASKS – 50%
