Defeat Evolving Ninjas and Agile Bosses
1. Enemies
Our enemies are very simple, the ninjas have a timer on them for
when to shoot which is every 1.5 seconds that they have been on
screen for which is when they will shoot a ninja star at 300 pixels per
second. which is faster than the bullet, so you have to shoot a bullet
to destroy this star and then another bullet to destroy the enemy.
As you progress through the level the ninjas will get more
complicated and stronger for example each ninja star could spawn at
every 1 second and there may be two ninjas on each platform
instead of just one. Another thing that could be added in would be
that the ninjas have some sort of special attack every 10seconds
where a ninja on a platform could spawn say three ninja stars or
have a timer so it can jump at a certain time and dodge your bullet
that you have fired.
BOSSES
If we was to add a boss we would make it so it is like a checkpoint
boss every 2000 points and if you kill it by shooting it a certain
amount of times you would get say 500 extra points, but he would be
firing ninja stars rapidly that you would have to jump and dodge
them. the boss would be able to jump around/over you on the screen
so you would have to quickly swap sides to shoot or dodge the ninja
stars so you don’t get hit and die. The bosses special attack would be
that it can deflect bullets (sometimes) back at you so you would have
to dodge or destroy them as well.
