- 33. MC University Part Features Count Inventory Apply Inventory Counts Adjust On Hand Inventory Transfer Inventory Part Checkout Receive Parts
- 34. MC University Count Inventory Record quantities obtained during physical counts of a Stock Room Counts recorded are saved until applied using Apply Inventory Counts feature
- 35. MC University Count Inventory (cont’d) Once Part is scanned or added, current Counts will appear to update
- 36. MC University Apply Inventory Counts After Count Inventory feature is used, Apply Inventory Counts will apply the stored counts • Message will display after “Apply” that counts were applied OR there are no updated counts to apply
- 37. MC University Adjust On Hand Inventory Directly updates the stored On Hand values for the Part selected
- 38. MC University Adjust On Hand Inventory (cont’d) Once Part is scanned or added, current Counts will appear • This will automatically update the On Hand amount

- 40. MC University Part Checkout Part Checkout feature allows users to check out Parts from a Stock Room and apply to a new or existing Work Order
